The first 1/8 scale competition ESC that can use full sensor mode at all times (when paired with a HOBBYWING matching motor). Turbo timing technology is implemented by the XR8 SCT to unleash the maximum power from a HOBBYWING matching engine. Built with the most rugged and high-quality components and coupled with advanced firmware, the , overuse or even human error.
The Hobbywing XERUN SCT 3652SD G2 Sensored 5100kV Brushless Motor is a 4-pole powerhouse, great for light short track, truck and monster truck sensored applications. Because this motor uses a 5mm diameter motor shaft, it requires pinions with a 5mm bore.

Engine features
- Innovative 4-pole-8-magnet "staggered pole" rotor (patented by Hobbywing) with low cogging effect and torque pulsation significantly improves the feeling of control in corners.
- Built-in chip to easily identify the motor by HOBBYWING ESCs. When paired with a HW 1/8th sensored ESC (i.e. The Turbo timing may be activated for higher output.
- Magnetic ring mounted on the rotor protects the motor from signal interference and guarantees its super stability in "sensored" mode.
- With the mechanical timing adjustable from 20 degrees to 40 degrees, users can have different output powers.
- Turbine design implemented by the rotor accelerates internal air circulation and reduces heat.
- Rebuildable design (partially rebuildable) and screwless motor housing for easy routine maintenance, effectively extend motor life and increase motor efficiency.
