Overview
The OptiFuel Optimix 5% Nitro is ready-to-use fuel for RC model engines that require a low nitromethane content. The fuel contains 5% nitromethane, 18% synthetic Klotz lubricant, and 77% methanol. The formula is designed for beginners, training flights, and sport and scale models where a lower nitromethane percentage is preferred.
The fuel is suitable for compatible two-stroke glow-plug engines and can also be used in suitable model aircraft, helicopters, and model boats. Always check the engine manufacturer's recommendations for the required fuel mixture. This version is not automatically suitable for four-stroke engines, as they may require a higher oil percentage.
