Overview

ESC: The Hobbywing EZRun MAX10 G2 80 Amp Sensored Brushless Waterproof ESC. With IP64 waterproof rating and a smart sensored brushless system, this versatile ESC is an excellent choice for 1/10th Buggy, On-road, Light-weight SCT, Trucks, and Monster Trucks. Combining this ESC with the Hobbywing 3652 G3 size motor gives you a powerful combo ready to handle the most demanding conditions.

Motor: The Hobbywing XERUN SCT 3652SD G2 Sensored Brushless Motor. This 4-pole powerhouse is great for light short course, truck, and monster truck sensor applications.

ESC Features:

• The EzRun Max10 G2 ESC has an improved waterproof sensored cable interface and an upgraded sensored mode to achieve a great control feel and perfectly matches the EzRun 3652 SD G3 motors.
• Supports Turbo timing adjustment up to 32 degrees and combined with the EzRun 3652 G3, the maximum speed is 25% higher with greater effect.
  Smart start-stop technology is introduced in the Max10 G2 ESC. The frameless fan does not turn on to reduce noise and save energy. The fan only operates when the temperature rises to a certain level.
• Compared to the previous generation of the MAX10 ESC, the total capacitor capacity has increased by 74% and is protected against overheating. These features improve power delivery from the battery to the ESC to prevent overload and capacitor explosions.
• The smart freewheeling technology ensures that the MAX10 G2 has higher drive efficiency than the previous generation, resulting in lower operating temperatures and a minimum temperature about 25°C lower than the previous generation.
• After connecting the ESC to the wireless OTA module, you can view data (throttle position, voltage, current, temperature, speed, etc.) in real time via the mobile app to understand the operating status. The history of the operating status can also be viewed through datalogging.

Motor Features:

• Innovative 4-pole-8-magnet "staggered pole" rotor (patented by Hobbywing) with low cogging effect and torque ripple significantly improves control feel in corners.
• Built-in chip to easily identify the motor by HOBBYWING ESCs. When paired with an HW 1/8th sensor ESC (i.e. XR8 SCT/Plus), the motor can always operate in "sensored" mode with great output linearity after identification. Turbo timing can be activated for higher output.
• Magnetic ring mounted on the rotor protects the motor from signal interference and guarantees its superstability in the "sensored" mode.
  With mechanical timing adjustable from 20 degrees to 40 degrees, users can have different output powers.
• Turbine design implemented by the rotor accelerates internal air circulation and reduces heat.
• Rebuildable design (partially rebuildable) and screwless motor housing for easy routine maintenance effectively extend the motor's lifespan and increase motor efficiency.
• CNC machined aluminum housing, very pure copper windings, advanced rotor structure, high-quality alloy steel output shaft, very precise bearings for high durability and smoothness.
  Updated "U" solder tabs on the bottom of the motor for easy soldering and wiring.
