Overview
The KAVAN PRO 3542-830 (KAV30.2022) is a powerful 14-pole brushless outrunner motor designed for medium-sized RC aircraft. The 830KV rating provides a relatively low rotational speed and high torque, making the motor highly suitable for driving larger-diameter propellers without a gearbox. The motor is suitable for 3–4S LiPo batteries and delivers a maximum of 700 W for 180 seconds. Weighing 139 g, it is suitable for gliders up to 2400 g, trainers up to 2200 g, aerobatic models up to 1900 g and 3D models up to 1400 g. It is particularly suitable for large thermal gliders with a wingspan of approximately 2800–3000 mm and slower-flying 3D aircraft.
