Overview

The Castle Creations Cobra 5 CC010-0179-01 is a complete, powerful brushless power system for 1/6- and 1/5-scale RC models, consisting of the Cobra 5 8S ESC and a 2028-800KV 4-pole, 12-slot sensored motor. The ESC supports 3–8S LiPo up to 33.6V and features SmartSense, sensorless operation, an adjustable 20A peak BEC, 32-bit processing, CRYO-DRIVE, and extensive data logging. The 800KV motor is specifically designed for heavy models where controlled low-speed operation, strong punch, and high efficiency are important.
