Overview
The Dornier DO-27 is a development of the earlier DO-25, featuring modifications to the wings, vertical stabilizer, and fuel tank integration, along with the installation of a more powerful engine. The aircraft, which first flew in 1956, was the first German-powered aircraft to be mass-produced after World War II. This scale replica of the DO-27 is designed in a striking Safari Zebra color scheme and offers excellent flight characteristics with a balanced power system for 4S LiPo batteries (14.8 V, 3000–5000 mAh, 30 C). The model, ideal for both experienced pilots and advanced beginners, features large wheels, LED lighting, and a wingspan of 1600 mm, making it easy to take off and land. Its excellent slow-flight characteristics and highly visible paintwork ensure smooth handling and easy position recognition in the air.
