Overview
The FTX Trooper is a short-wheelbase trail rig with a classic 1980s/1990s two-door feel, featuring a fully detailed scale body with molded accessories, functional front and rear lights, and a realistic interior with a driver figure. The LCG chassis is CNC-machined and houses a compact single-speed gearbox with reverse to reduce torque twist. The front features a 3-link setup with a Panhard rod, while the rear uses a traditional 4-link setup, all controlled by aluminum oil-filled shock absorbers. The Trooper is equipped with heavy-duty spiral gears, a 25 kg metal-gear steering servo, and a 60A 2-in-1 speed controller. Powered by a 35T 550 brushed motor and a 2000mAh 2S LiPo battery, it delivers excellent performance across a variety of terrain. With its scale details and exceptional capabilities, the Trooper stands out from other trail rigs.
