Overview

The FMS 1800mm Ranger is a larger and more powerful evolution of the popular trainer, combining stability and ease of use with versatile performance. Despite its larger size, the model remains easy to assemble and offers predictable flight characteristics, making it ideal for both beginners and experienced pilots. Thanks to its excellent STOL capabilities, the aircraft can take off within just a few metres and cruise efficiently at low throttle with flaps deployed. The robust landing gear with a shock-absorbing nose wheel assembly and metal main legs effortlessly handles hard landings, while the large tyres are suitable for rough terrain. LED lighting with landing lights, navigation lights and strobes provides extra realism and makes flying at dusk possible. Optional floats expand its versatility, making water operations possible as well. With its quick, screw-based assembly and versatile flight characteristics, the 1800mm Ranger is an ideal all-rounder for recreation and light aerobatics.
