Overview
JConcepts adds an open-cell buggy insert to its range, specially designed for carpet and turf racing. The scalloped insert adopts technology from the latest 1/10 and 1/8 off-road closed-cell inserts and incorporates it into soft, flexible open-cell material. The inserts have proven to deliver better roll speed and support the center section of wide and narrow front tires used in 2WD and 4WD buggy racing. The tire can withstand heavy impacts, landings, and abuse to the front end, while still allowing the insert to flex, steer, and corner smoothly. The scalloped insert withstands repeated use without premature wear by allowing flex in the center of the tire.
