Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to the following countries: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, San Marino, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland.

How long does shipping take?

The shipping time can be divided into 3 categories:

2-5 days 10-15 days 15-30 days

The shipping time of a specific item will always be indicated below the price.

*This excludes our processing time of 1-3 days.

If, however, something goes wrong and a shipment takes longer than 60 days, we will simply refund the amount, even if it arrives later.

What does the shipping process look like?



Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information. You can also track your order here on our website. If you have not received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

My tracking says "currently no information available"

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Please note that in some cases, the tracking number is not fully functional, in which case you can request a status update here.

My tracking information hasn't been updated for a long time.

Most shipments experience a period in the middle (after departing the country) where nothing seems to happen. This is due to the handover between couriers and pit stops the package undergoes. If you feel it is taking too long, feel free to contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase sometimes will be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Returns

UpgradeRC offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on all products (subject to terms and conditions) sold through this website, as long as the products are returned in as new condition and in the original packaging materials they were sent in. If you are located within Belgium or the Netherlands, we will cover the return costs.

Initiating a return

Please read the following conditions before initiating a return:

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged and free of surface stains or scratches.
  • The return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

At our discretion, we may offer a partial refund or charge a restocking fee, particularly if an item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or if parts are missing for reasons not due to our error.

Exchange

We will always replace products that are defective or damaged within 14 days of delivery.
