Overview

ESC: The Hobbywing EZRun MAX10 G2 80 Amp Sensored Brushless Waterproof ESC. With IP64 waterproofing and an intelligent sensored brushless system, this versatile ESC is an excellent choice for 1/10th buggies, on-road vehicles, lightweight SCTs, trucks, and monster trucks. Pairing this ESC with a Hobbywing 3652 G3-size motor gives you a powerful combo ready to handle the most demanding conditions.

Motor: The Hobbywing XERUN SCT 3652SD G2 Sensored Brushless Motor. This 4-pole powerhouse is ideal for lightweight short-course, truck, and monster truck sensored applications.

ESC Features:

• The EzRun Max10 G2 ESC features an improved waterproof sensored cable interface and an upgraded sensored mode for excellent control feel, and pairs perfectly with EzRun 3652 SD G3 motors.
• Supports Turbo timing adjustment of up to 32 degrees, and when combined with the EzRun 3652 G3, the maximum speed is 25% higher with a more pronounced effect.
  The intelligent start-stop technology has been introduced in the Max10 G2 ESC. The frameless fan does not turn on, reducing noise and saving energy. The fan only operates when the temperature rises to a certain level.
• Compared with the previous generation MAX10 ESC, the total capacitor capacity has increased by 74% and is protected against overheating. These features improve power delivery from the battery to the ESC, preventing overloading and capacitor explosions.
• The intelligent freewheeling technology gives the MAX10 G2 higher drive efficiency than the previous generation, resulting in lower operating temperatures and a minimum temperature approximately 25°C lower than that of the previous generation.
• After connecting the ESC to the wireless OTA module, you can view data (throttle position, voltage, current, temperature, speed, etc.) in real time via the mobile app to check the operating status. The operating status history can also be viewed through data logging.

Motor Features:

• The innovative 4-pole, 8-magnet "staggered pole" rotor (patented by Hobbywing) has low cogging effect and torque ripple, significantly improving control feel in corners.
• A built-in chip allows HOBBYWING ESCs to identify the motor easily. When paired with an HW 1/8 sensored ESC (e.g., XR8 SCT/Plus), the motor can operate in sensored mode at all times with highly linear output after identification. Turbo timing can be activated for higher output.
• The magnetic ring mounted on the rotor protects the motor against signal interference and guarantees its exceptional stability in sensored mode.
  With mechanical timing adjustable from 20 degrees to 40 degrees, users can achieve different output power levels.
• The turbine design implemented in the rotor accelerates internal air circulation and reduces heat.
• The rebuildable design (partially rebuildable) and screwless motor housing make routine maintenance easy, effectively extending the motor's service life and improving motor efficiency.
• CNC-machined aluminum housing, ultra-pure copper windings, advanced rotor structure, high-quality alloy steel output shaft, and high-precision bearings provide high durability and smooth operation.
  Updated "U" solder tabs on the bottom of the motor for easy soldering and wiring.
