Overview
The XeRun AXE "R2" brushless controller, connected to a corresponding AXE "R2" motor, automatically regulates torque and speed according to the load requirements. This technology is also known as FOC (Field-Oriented Control) and is responsible for this truly incredible driving experience.
The XeRun AXE "R2" 540 motor with its 3.175 mm shaft and 2300 KV also contributes to this. Featuring the stacked pole rotor design patented by Hobbywing, the 4-pole motor has virtually no cogging torque and runs smoothly under all conditions. With the professional handbrake function, the car is now 100% immobile, even on the steepest slopes. The motor and controller are both connected via an improved waterproof special sensor plug.
