The JConcepts Pioneer wheels, which just made their debut at the Florida Carpet Championships, bring a bold blend of retro inspiration and modern racing technology to the 2WD buggy class. Inspired by the golden age of RC and paying homage to Masami Hirosaka’s 1989 setup, the Pioneer wheels feature an expandable panel design, centered ribs, and a vintage-inspired screw pattern—reimagined for today’s tracks.
Built on the foundation of the IFMAR-winning Mono wheels, the Pioneer range retains the proven dimensions, with inner ribs for added strength and a reinforced 12 mm hex for durability. Two vent holes per wheel and JConcepts branding complete the package.
Available in bright white, fluorescent yellow, retro pink, and stealth black, allowing racers to express both performance and personality. Pair them with optional JConcepts titanium hardware (burnt blue JCO5037-1 or stealth black JCO5037-2) for maximum impact on and off the track.
