Overview

The Castle Creations Sidewinder 4 12.6V Waterproof Sensorless ESC + 1406-5700KV Sensor-Ready Motor Combo (CC010-0164-02) is the Basher Edition of the Sidewinder 4 power system, developed primarily for 1/10 2WD stadium trucks, buggies, 2WD Short Course Trucks and on-road models. The set combines a waterproof, sensorless Sidewinder 4 ESC with a 1406-5700KV sensor-ready brushless motor. The combination operates on 2S–3S LiPo, with Castle recommending 2S for general use and only limited 3S runs with conservative gearing. The motor's sensored functionality cannot be used with the Sidewinder 4.
