Overview

The FTX Gladius, the latest addition to the Outback series, combines advanced design with affordability. It features portal axles with high ground clearance and a low, forward-mounted transmission with high torque and robust steel gears, making it ready to tackle extreme terrain. The servo-controlled 2-speed function allows easy speed adjustment, while the front and rear differential lock function helps navigate difficult obstacles or low-traction surfaces. Aluminum oil-filled shock absorbers provide stability, and a 20 kg metal steering servo along with a Hobbywing 40A ESC ensure precise control via the Etronix 2.4 GHz 4-channel radio. Scale details such as cast fenders for the wheel arches, checker plate side panels, and a cast grille with headlights add realism. With everything ready to go, the Gladius is ready for any adventure.
