Refund policy

The possibility of return is valid for 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you an exchange or refund.

Only unused items that are in the same condition as you received them are eligible for a return. The item must also be returned in its original packaging.

Some items cannot be returned. This applies, for example, to perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines. We also do not accept returns of hygienic or sanitary items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Other non-returnable items:
* gift cards
* downloadable software products
* some health and personal hygiene products
To process your return, we need a receipt or proof of your purchase.
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

In certain cases, only part of the price will be refunded:
* Books that have clearly been used
* CDs, DVDs, video tapes, software, games, cassette tapes or vinyl records whose packaging has been opened
* Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged or have parts missing, and for which this is not our fault
* items not returned within 30 days of delivery

Refunds
After receipt and inspection of the returned items, we will send you a confirmation of receipt by e-mail. We'll also let you know if we've approved or declined your refund.
If we approve your refund, it will be processed and automatically charged to your credit card or original payment method within a specified number of days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account first.
If so, please contact the issuer of your credit card. It may take a while for your refund to appear.
If that's not the problem, contact your bank. It often takes time to process a refund.

Discounted items (if applicable)
Refunds cannot be made for items that have been discounted.

exchange
We only replace defective or damaged items. If you would like to exchange an item for the same item, please send an email to support@upgraderc.be and send the article to Ferdinandusdijkstraat 43, Merksem, Antwerp, 2170, Belgium.

Gifts
If it is an item purchased specifically as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a credit for the value of the returned item. We will send you a gift voucher as soon as we have received the returned item.

If the item was not marked as a gift upon purchase or if the giver first received the item himself and only then gave it to you, we will refund the item to the person who gave it to you and they will be notified that you have it. sent back.
Dispatch

The shipping costs for returning the item are for your account. Shipping costs are non-refundable. When you receive a refund, the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

How long a replacement item will take to you depends on where you are.

If you send us an item with a value of more than €75, please consider a shipping service with a tracking option or insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
