Overview

The Absima CR3.4 Eco SHERPA 1/10 is a versatile and highly scale-accurate crawler with impressive performance at an affordable price. This 1/10-scale off-road vehicle is equipped with a 6-channel 2.4GHz radio system and offers full control over features such as the 2-speed transmission and lockable front and rear axles. Thanks to its portal axles, the Sherpa has increased ground clearance and more grip on technical terrain, making it ideal for challenging trails.

The CR3.4 Eco is equipped with a powerful 550 brushed motor, a waterproof 60A crawler ESC, and a sturdy chassis with heavy-duty metal components. The oil-filled aluminum shock absorbers provide smooth suspension and stability on rough terrain. The realistic design is finished with scale accessories such as LED lighting, roof racks, and tow cables. The Eco variant offers the same robust performance as the standard CR3.4 Sherpa, but at a more attractive price, making it an excellent choice for both beginners and experienced crawlers.

Features

  • The Sherpa-style CR3.4eco crawler is interesting for anyone looking for pure crawling or wanting to start this fascinating hobby on a limited budget.
  • This vehicle is a "downgrade" of our original "CR3.4 RTR" chassis, which has probably been one of the best on the market since 2020!
The quality of the installed components is, of course, equal to that of its fully equipped siblings. The mounting points for special equipment, such as the differential locks or the 2-speed gearbox, should theoretically also be available.
  • The vehicle comes standard with a high-torque 550 32T brushed motor and a HobbyWing 40A speed controller. You can use the "jumpers" on the speed controller to select whether the vehicle is powered by a 7.2V NiMH battery or a 2S or 3S (low-profile) LiPo battery! Portal axles not only provide greater clearance between the differential housing and the ground than conventional axles, but also have another positive feature. With conventional crawlers, the torque generates so much force that the vehicle jumps over the obstacle. The portal axle design reduces the gear ratio at the wheels and virtually eliminates all drivetrain torque shocks. The overall final drive ratio is more than double that of non-portal versions for smooth operation.
  • The steering damper absorbs most hard impacts, protecting the 9 kg MG steering servo and servo arm. Hardened steel drive axles and a steering angle of 45.8° provide optimal capability on any terrain. Added to this are the 2.2" tires, which not only look stylish but also provide extremely good grip thanks to their super-soft compound.
