Characteristics
- The AFHDS 2A (Automatic Frequency Hopping Digital System Second Generation), developed and protected by FLYSKY, is specially developed for all radio control models. FLYSKY's AFHDS technology provides superior interference protection while maintaining lower power consumption and high reliable receiver sensitivity and is considered one of the leaders in today's RC market.
- Bidirectional communication
- Each transmitter can send and receive data and can receive data from temperature, altitude and many other types of sensors, servo calibration and i-BUS support.
- Multi-channel hopping frequency
- This system bandwidth ranges from 2.408 GHz to 2.475 GHz. This is divided into 135 channels. Each transmitter jumps between 16 channels (32 for the Japanese and Korean versions) to reduce interference from other transmitters.
- Omni-directional gain antenna
- The high-efficiency, high-gain omni-directional antenna reduces interference, consumes less power, and maintains a strong, reliable connection.
- Unique ID recognition system
- Each transmitter and receiver has its own unique ID. Once the transmitter and receiver are paired, they only communicate with each other, preventing other systems from accidentally connecting to or interfering with the system's operation.
- Low energy consumption
- The system is built using highly sensitive components with low power consumption, keeping the receiver's sensitivity high while consuming only one-tenth the power of a standard FM system, significantly extending battery life.
