Overview
The first 1/8-scale competition ESC that can use full sensor mode at all times (when paired with a matching HOBBYWING motor). Turbo Timing technology is implemented by the XR8 SCT to unleash the maximum power of a matching HOBBYWING motor. Built with the most robust, high-quality components and paired with advanced firmware, the XR8 SCT delivers unrivaled power and performance for even the most hardcore racing applications, while remaining responsive enough to protect itself from damage caused by overload due to physical abuse, excessive use, or even human error.
The first 4-pole motor with a built-in chip that helps the ESC identify it as a HOBBYWING motor (only when paired with XeRun XR8 series ESCs), allowing the XR8 ESC to create a power system that can operate in “sensor mode” at all times, providing users with better performance and smoother control.
