JConcepts adds an extra option for a buggy open-cell insert at the rear, specially designed for carpet and turf races. The scalloped insert adopts technology from the latest 1/10th and 1/8th offroad closed-cell inserts and integrates it into the soft and flexible open-cell material. The inserts have proven to produce better roll speed with more sidewall support, while the middle section of the tire withstands heavy impacts and landings. The scalloped nature of the detailed cuts creates a hinge effect that promotes forward movement, while the tire remains resistant to repeated use without premature wear.
