Kavan Smart PRO-130HV Opto ESC

Overview

The KAVAN Smart PRO-130HV Opto (KAV32.31062) is a powerful, programmable OPTO brushless ESC with telemetry, specially designed for RC aircraft. The controller delivers 130A continuous current with peaks of up to 180A for 2 seconds and supports 4–12S LiPo batteries up to a maximum of 51V. As an OPTO controller, it does not have an integrated BEC, so the receiver and servos require a separate power supply. The ESC features an optically isolated throttle input, Active Freewheeling, adjustable current limiting, configurable acceleration, timing and electromagnetic brake, plus protection against overvoltage and undervoltage, overheating and motor blockage. It also supports propeller positioning via an optional Hall sensor and can be configured with special firmware for use as a starter or starter-generator.
