Overview

The XeRun AX "R2" brushless controller, connected to a corresponding AX "R2" motor, automatically regulates torque and speed depending on the load requirement. This technology is also called FOC (Field-Oriented Control) and is responsible for this truly great driving experience.

The XeRun AX "R2" 540 motor with its 3,175mm shaft and 2300KV also contributes to this. With the built-in stacked pole rotor design patented by Hobbywing, the 4-pole motor has hardly any detent torque and runs smoothly under all conditions. With the professional handbrake function, the car is now 100% immobile, even on the steepest slopes. The motor and controller are both connected via an improved waterproof, dedicated sensor plug.
