Overview
The Futaba 6K 2.4GHz V3S FHSS/T-FHSS radio system is one of the most versatile transmitters in its price range. Equipped with telemetry sensors for monitoring critical flight data, S.Bus and S.Bus2 servo compatibility, with setup functions that can be programmed directly from the transmitter. Ergonomic controls are within reach and menu navigation is simple. The renewed 6K V3S model allows adjusting the governor speed settings via the transmitter using channel 7. More functions for gliders have been added, such as wing type 2AIL-B, rudder trim mix, and more conditions. When you consider other features like four 3-position switches, memory for 30 models, a backlit 128x64 DOT LCD screen, and updatable software, it’s easy to see why the 6K V3S offers great value for your money.
The R3008SB receiver can use S.Bus as the main connection/communication with the servos, or a combination of S.Bus and conventional outputs. It has 8 standard PWM outputs in addition to S.Bus and S.Bus-2 outputs. Bidirectional communication with a T-FHSS Air Futaba transmitter via the S.BUS2 port is possible. By using the S.BUS2 port, an impressive range of telemetry sensors is possible.
