Overview
The Castle Creations Cobra 8 CC010-0172-05 is a complete high-performance brushless power system for 1/8-scale RC models, consisting of the Cobra 8 6S ESC and a 1512-2650KV V2 4-pole, 12-slot sensored brushless motor. The system is suitable for 1/8 off-road and on-road models and 1/10 4WD short-course trucks weighing up to approximately 4.1 kg (9 lb). The Cobra 8 supports up to 6S LiPo / 25.2V, but when used with the included 1512-2650KV V2 motor, Castle recommends a maximum of 4S LiPo. The ESC features 32-bit processing, CRYO-DRIVE™, extensive data logging, SmartSense™, and an adjustable 5.0–8.0V 8A peak BEC.
