Overview
The Cross RC PG4 1/10 scale 4x4 pickup truck kit is a classic scale crawler that combines realistic hard-body details with reliable off-road performance. With a detailed ABS body, a steel C-channel chassis, solid drive axles, 3-link suspension, steel beadlock wheels, a factory-installed 27T brushed motor, and integrated LED lighting, this kit offers excellent durability, scale realism, and off-road capability. The PG4 is designed as an enjoyable build kit and is ideal for enthusiasts who appreciate vintage pickup styling and powerful 4x4 performance.
Features
- Detailed hard plastic ABS body: Features a durable hard plastic cab and bed, complete with chrome bumper guards, running boards, headlight surrounds, differential covers, and a rear roll cage.
- C-channel steel chassis: Sturdy C-channel steel frame rails connected by 8 structural crossmembers to prevent chassis flex and support scale-appropriate loads.
- Permanent 4WD with solid axles: Heavy-duty solid front and rear drive axles (198 mm wide, 1:3 gear ratio) provide continuous 4x4 traction over rocks and unpaved trails.
- Factory-installed 27T motor and gearbox: Supplied with a pre-assembled central reduction gearbox featuring a 27T 540 brushed crawler motor (1:16.8 reduction ratio with the included 18T pinion).
- Multifunctional LED lighting system included: Factory-equipped with a responsive LED lighting set for 4 headlights, 4 turn signals, 2 front fog lights, 2 taillights/brake lights, and 2 reverse lights.
- 3-link aluminium suspension: 3-link suspension with internally threaded aluminium link rods combined with adjustable threaded shock absorbers (the front shock absorbers feature a dual-spring configuration).
- 1.9" steel beadlock wheels: Stamped steel 1.9" beadlock wheels (12 mm hex) fitted with 108 mm diameter high-grip all-terrain tires.
