Overview

The new FlyFun V5 series was designed from scratch. Externally, it is recognizable by its minimalist structure, which significantly reduces weight compared with ESCs featuring a solid aluminum heatsink.

Internally, pilots still get full functionality thanks to high-quality built-in electronic components.

Features

• The ESC features a powerful 32-bit ARM M4 microprocessor (with a frequency of up to 72 MHz) and is compatible with various brushless motors.
• The microprocessor, controlled by a separate DC regulator, has better anti-interference performance, significantly reducing the risk of loss of control.
• DEO (Driving Efficiency Optimization) technology significantly improves throttle response and driving efficiency while reducing ESC temperature.
  Built-in high-power BEC with an output voltage of 5.2 V. The BEC module is isolated from the other circuits on the ESC, ensuring normal BEC output even when problems occur, such as a burned-out power board, allowing users to recover the aircraft before it crashes.
• Normal/Soft/Very Soft startup modes are compatible with conventional propeller aircraft and EDF jet aircraft (be sure to select the “Very Soft Startup” mode when using EDF jet aircraft).
• A separate programming cable connects the ESC to an LED programming box and allows users to program the ESC anytime and anywhere. (For detailed information, please refer to the HOBBYWING LED programming box user manual.)
• Normal/proportional braking can effectively shorten the aircraft’s landing distance.
• Multiple protection functions, including startup, ESC thermal, capacitor thermal, overcurrent, overload, abnormal input voltage, and throttle signal loss protection, effectively extend service life.
