JConcepts adds an additional option for a rear buggy open-cell insert, specifically for carpet and turf racing. The scalloped insert adopts technology from the latest 1/10 and 1/8 off-road closed-cell inserts and integrates it into soft, flexible open-cell material. The inserts have proven to provide better roll speed with increased sidewall support, while the center section of the tire withstands heavy impacts and landings. The scalloped nature of the detailed cuts creates a buckling effect that promotes forward motion, while the tire remains resistant to repeated use without premature wear.
