Overview
The first 1/8-scale competition ESC capable of using full sensored mode at all times (when paired with a HOBBYWING matching motor). Turbo Timing technology is implemented by the XR8 SCT to unleash the maximum power of a HOBBYWING matching motor. Built with the most robust, high-quality components and paired with advanced firmware, the XR8 SCT can deliver unparalleled power and performance even for the most hardcore racing applications, while remaining responsive enough to protect itself from damage caused by overload due to physical abuse, excessive use, or even human error.
The first 4-pole motor with a built-in chip that helps the ESC identify it as a HOBBYWING motor (only when paired with XeRun XR8 series ESCs), allowing the XR8 ESC to create a power system that can operate in “sensored mode” at all times and provide users with better performance and smoother control.
