What guarantees are there?
Of course, sometimes something goes wrong with an order, but because keeping the customer happy is our highest priority, we have provided some guarantees:
- Any item that arrives broken/not working will be replaced free of charge
- You can always return your order within 14 days of arrival
- If something goes wrong with the delivery and it takes longer than 60 days, your order will be fully refunded
Order Information
What if I want to change something about my order?
If you want to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we can no longer make changes.
My order status says "Unfulfilled", what does that mean?
"Unfulfilled" simply means that we have successfully received your order! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number and your order status will change to 'Fulfilled'.
Why was my order cancelled?
If your order was unexpectedly cancelled, it is likely that our fraud filter marked your order as fraudulent. If you are sure this is not the case, please reorder using a Paypal account. If you do not have Paypal, you can easily sign up at www.Paypal.com

We ship our products to Belgium, Netherlands, France, Germany, Andorra, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Austria, Poland, Portugal, San Marino, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Vatican City, and Sweden.
When will my order be shipped?
After your payment is verified, it takes about 1-3 days to process and ship your order.
How long does it take to receive my order?
On average, it takes less than 15 days to receive your order. You can read more about it here.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes. After the entire order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking numbers. You can track them here.
