What guarantees are there?
Of course it sometimes happens that something goes wrong with an order, but because keeping the customer happy is our top priority, we have provided some guarantees:
- Any item that arrives broken/not working will be replaced free of charge
- You can always return your order within 14 days of arrival
- If something goes wrong with the delivery and it would take longer than 60 days, your order will be fully refunded
What if I want to change something about my order?
If you want to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will not be able to make any changes.
My order status says "Unfulfilled", what does that mean?
"Unfulfilled" simply means we have successfully received your order! Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number and your order status will change to 'Fulfilled'.
Why has my order been cancelled?
If your order was canceled unexpectedly, there's a good chance that our fraud filter has flagged your order as fraudulent. If you're sure that's not true, order again with a Paypal account. If you don't have Paypal, you can simply sign up at www.Paypal.com
Where do you ship to?
We ship our products to Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Germany and the United States.
When will my order be shipped?
After your payment has been verified, it will take approximately 1-3 days to process and ship your order.
How long will it take to receive my order?
On average it takes less than 15 days to receive your order. You can be there here read more about.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes. After the complete order has been shipped you will receive an email with the tracking numbers. You can do this here to follow.
Can I return my product?
