Overview
The JConcepts Switchback is a new asphalt-focused 2.2” tire set for Traxxas Rustler and Rustler 4x4, designed for high speed with occasional use on dirt, gravel, and grass. The tire features a switch-blade center profile with small extrusions for extra grip and detail, combined with large platform bars on the inside and outside for versatility. The ultra-low-profile carcass improves cornering and smooth sections, while open-cell inserts ensure consistent performance. The pre-glued tires are mounted on the new JConcepts Shuttle wheels with a 12mm replaceable hex adapter, suitable for bashing and thrashing, with medium compound, sturdy sidewall, and inner x-bracing for durability and low rotation.
