Overview

The Castle Creations 1717-1650KV Sensored Brushless Motor (CC060-0081-00) is a powerful 4-pole, 12-slot sensored motor for large RC vehicles. The motor is designed for 3S–8S LiPo, with recommended use on 6S–8S for vehicles weighing up to 20 lb / 9.07 kg. With a maximum speed of 56,000 RPM, a large 5 mm hardened shaft, and a low-resistance design, this motor is developed for high efficiency, high torque, and relatively low heat generation. The motor features QUIETSENSE™ and can be used both in sensored mode and in a highly efficient sensorless mode.
