Overview

The Cross RC EMO XL 1/8 scale 6x6 Rock Crawler is a powerful off-road truck, built to conquer the toughest terrain with exceptional power and realism. With a powerful 775 brushed motor, Hobbywing 4S ESC, portal axles, remotely lockable differentials, and a fully metal two-speed transmission, it delivers outstanding crawling performance and control. Fully assembled with a reinforced steel chassis, CNC oil-filled shocks, LED lighting, and integrated sound effects, the EMO XL is ready to tackle the most demanding trails right away.

Features

• The Cross-RC 1/8 EMO platform has undergone three generations of evolution and has been continuously reinforced and upgraded, delivering reliable, high-performance results in the new EMO XL.
• The metal reverse gearbox, equipped with a CNC-machined aircraft-grade aluminum motor mount, effectively dissipates motor heat. Its internal gears combine machined and MIM-injection-molded gears for high strength, low noise, and wear resistance.
• The entire vehicle is equipped with ABEC3 precision bearings, ensuring quiet, smooth operation and longer maintenance intervals.
• The suspension links are made from 7 mm diameter 304 stainless steel rods that resist wear and rust while also lowering the center of gravity. The suspension link ball ends have been upgraded to larger, reinforced versions for greater durability and impact resistance.
• Large 21 mm diameter CNC shocks with vacuum-plated shock shafts improve shock absorption smoothness and damping oil performance, providing strong support while maintaining a flexible stance. Filled with 350CST shock oil and factory-assembled with proper venting.
• Reinforced heavy-duty frame rails meet the demands of high-power modifications and intense high-speed driving without being easily damaged.
• Heavy-duty front and rear portal axles made from imported, high-quality, weather-resistant nylon meet the strength requirements for driving in low temperatures.
• The second-generation rear balance linkage system features updated geometry based on new structures. First introduced in the modeling hobby in 2022 with the CROSSRC EMOX Rhinoceros, it effectively improves control of the roll center of gravity during high-speed maneuvers without affecting shock performance, ensuring smooth operation.
• High-quality AT tires, the same as those on the EMO X3, feature a specially designed tread pattern for explosive traction.
• Equipped as standard with powerful lighting groups, including grille warning lights with multiple modes controlled via the transmitter.
• The entire vehicle features a 7.4V high-voltage circuit, a full-range servo control system, and differential locking, along with a customized Hobbywing 880 4S ESC and a linear, high-torque 560 brushed motor. Future upgrades to advanced servos and a transmitter require no concerns about power supply or differential settings, making them simple and convenient.
• Equipped with fun, adjustable dual-audio sound effects, including horn, alarm, and music, with freely replaceable and adjustable sound effects.
