The FMS 1/18-scale Hummer EV model accurately reproduces the iconic vehicle using the FCX18-series chassis. This detailed model captures the essence of the original with a spacious interior and distinctive styling. The body is precisely injection-molded and modeled, with sharp, clear contours and fine details such as the signature grille, extended mirrors, door handles, windshield wipers, and lights. The transparent windows reveal a carefully crafted dashboard and interior, adding to the model’s realistic appearance.

Equipped with advanced light modules, the model accurately simulates the headlights, turn signals, and taillights of the real vehicle. It also features large, soft all-terrain tires and realistic wheel hubs, making it suitable for both powerful crawling and high-speed driving.

Derived from the FCX24 series, the FCX18 chassis is designed for excellent off-road performance and features a metal frame construction, metal steering links, and a low center of gravity. The centrally mounted drivetrain includes a 2-speed transmission, transfer case, and 180 brushed motor, transmitting power to the axles through universal driveshafts. Portal axles increase ground clearance and improve approach and departure angles.

For optimal crawling performance, the FCX18 comes standard with a solid axle but can be equipped with a planetary gear differential for greater stability at high speeds. The 2-speed transmission provides strong pulling power for climbing and crawling, as well as higher speeds for fun. Additional upgrades, such as metal differentials and brass wheel counterweights, are available to further improve performance, making the FCX18 a perfect combination of scale modeling craftsmanship and dynamic driving, racing, and crawling.
