Description

Overview

The Futaba 4PM Plus 4-channel 2.4GHz T-FHSS radio system brings major improvements to the 4PM platform. This combination includes an R304SB receiver.

Features

  • T-FHSS SR (SUPER RESPONSE) AND T-FHSS TELEMETRY: In addition to the T-FHSS telemetry system, we have added a T-FHSS SR (Super
Response) system that increases processing speed and further improves response. The SR system does not support telemetry functions. *R304SB and R304SB-E are not compatible with the SR system.
  • T-FHSS MINIZ SYSTEM: By switching to the MINIZ system in the receiver settings menu, you can use the special Kyosho Mini-Z Evo receiver RA-42. The special RA-42 receiver must be purchased separately. 01004397-3 is supplied without a receiver.
  • FHSS MINIZ SYSTEM: By switching to the MI-FH system in the receiver settings menu, you can use the Kyosho Mini-Z FH FS-RM005 module to connect to the non-Evo Mini-Z.
  • TELEMETRY SYSTEM: The T4PM+ transmitter uses the newly developed bidirectional communication system "T-FHSS".
  • 2.4GHz SS RADIO COMMUNICATION SYSTEM: No frequency channel setting is required: Channel shifting takes place automatically within the 2.4GHz band. This system minimizes interference from other 2.4GHz systems.
  • MODEL MEMORY FOR 40 MODELS: Model names can contain up to 10 letters, numbers, and symbols, allowing logical names to be used. The model copy function allows you to create model memory with different settings.
  • 4-AXIS JOG BUTTON: The (JOG) button can be used in 4 directions: up, down, left, and right.
  • ESC LINK FUNCTION (MC-LINK): This special function allows you to configure the Link software so that your T4PM can control the variable frequency and other data changes in Futaba electronic speed controllers (ESCs): MC970CR, MC850C, MC851C, MC602C, MC402CR, etc.
  • S.BUS SERVO: This is a special function that allows you to set the parameters of our S.Bus servos. These settings are changed using the PC Link software. In addition to the conventional wired system, this system can also be configured wirelessly in combination with the R334SBS or R334SBS-E.
  • STEERING MIXING: Smooth cornering is possible thanks to the independent settings for the left and right steering servos.
  • BRAKE MIXING FOR LARGE CARS (BRAKE): The brake mixing of the front and rear wheels of 1/5 gasoline engines and other large cars can be set independently.
  • GYRO MIXING (GYRO MIX): The sensitivity of Futaba gyros can be adjusted from the T4PM.
  • 4WS MIXING FOR CRAWLERS AND OTHER 4WS TYPES (4WS): This function can be used with crawlers and other 4WS-type vehicles.
  • DUAL ESC MIXING FOR CRAWLERS (DUAL ESC): The front and rear ESCs are controlled independently.
  • CPS-1 MIXING (CPS MIX): Operation of LED lighting and turn signals with our CPS-1 channel switch can be linked to steering and throttle operation using a switch.
  • ANTI-SKID BRAKE SYSTEM (TH A.B.S): This function operates the brakes so that the tires of gasoline-powered cars do not lose their grip on the road, even when braking while cornering.
  • THROTTLE ACCELERATION (ACCEL): Gasoline-powered cars have a delay before the clutch and brakes engage. The throttle acceleration function reduces this delay.
  • THROTTLE SPEED (SPEED): Suddenly operating the trigger on a slippery road surface only causes the tires to spin and prevents the model from accelerating smoothly. By setting the throttle function, operation can be performed smoothly and easily. It also reduces battery consumption.
  • STEERING SPEED (SPEED): When you find that the steering servo is too fast, etc., the servo speed (the direction that suppresses the maximum speed) can be adjusted.
  • RACING TIMER (TIMER): The lap timer can record 100 lap times and the total time. The timer can also be started automatically by operating the trigger. The race time and audible alarm can be set. Refueling times are indicated by an audible alarm. A timer is also included.
  • FUNCTION SELECT SWITCH (SWITCH)/ROTARY SWITCH FUNCTION (TRIM DIAL): Functions are assigned to 2 switches and rotary controls (digital trim, digital rotary knob). The step size and rotation direction can also be adjusted. Trim position adjustment at each model recall is unnecessary because all dials are digital.
  • TRIGGER POSITION CAN BE CHANGED: The throttle trigger position can be moved forward and backward.
  • TENSION ADJUSTMENT: The tension of the steering wheel and throttle trigger springs can be adjusted externally.
  • MECHANICAL ATL ADJUSTMENT: Perform this adjustment if you want to reduce the total travel on the brake (pressure) side of the throttle trigger.
