Overview

The Sawback 4LS continues the legacy of scale performance and aesthetics established by its predecessors, the Sawback and Sawback Sports. Built on a steel ladder C-channel frame, it features a nickel-plated finish for corrosion resistance and added visual appeal. The installation includes a dustproof receiver box designed to resemble an engine bay, which also provides space for mounting the ESC. The 4LS offers impressive scale authenticity with details such as a driver’s seat, roll bar, steering wheel, gear shifter, mirrors, plastic windshield components, and dashboard stickers. The windshield can be folded down like that of the real vehicle, and all accessories are made from durable, high-quality plastic. The tubular front bumper allows headlights and taillights to be mounted, and additional LED spotlights or fog lights can be added for nighttime driving (LED lights sold separately).

Features

GS01 Chassis - The GS01 ladder frame is designed to resemble the chassis of a real vehicle and is made from high-quality steel. The C-channel side rails provide additional stability and are bolted to crossmembers to help prevent twisting or warping. The steel components are also nickel-plated for a shiny appearance and corrosion resistance.

GS01 Drivetrain - The one-piece graphite axle housing is made from high-quality plastic for maximum durability and easy maintenance. Inside, both the front and rear axles feature solid gear differentials to provide greater driving force under all driving conditions. The 4LS version is 10 mm wider to increase off-road capability. The gears are protected by a shiny, detailed metal differential cover for added scale realism.

GS01 Shock Absorbers - The XD Aeration shock absorber is an oil-filled coilover shock with CNC-machined aluminum bodies and robust 3.5 mm shock shafts for maximum wheel travel and silky-smooth suspension movement. Rebound can be easily adjusted with the aeration cap screw, while ride height can be easily set using the adjustable threaded shock collar.

GS01 4-Link Suspension System - The 4-link suspension is designed together with the oil-filled shock absorbers to reduce torque twist and improve off-road performance on all types of terrain, including mud, rocks, and hills.

GS01 Adjustable Battery Plate - The GS01 battery plate is designed to provide the lowest possible center of gravity on the chassis for stable driving. It is also adjustable, allowing different batteries to be used while keeping them securely in place.
